Dropping a note for those keeping track of such things.
Empaths gain access to the Telepath title at 30 ranks of telepathy lore, not 40 ranks as is sometimes reported. They do not gain access to the Master Telepath title by 50 ranks, which was my hope since I'm paying double-training points on the ranks by now and 50 ranks will allow the empath to have a chance of affecting all levels of undead with sympathy. I'm hoping that it will be available at 60 ranks, as it is double what is needed for Telepath.
