As far as what WILL drop for you, F2P doesn't matter.

I'm not sure about the ability to USE some of the SC items that drop, but I'm asking just to make sure.

Guild voucher passes will drop, which are useless to F2P, since they cannot join profession guilds.

You don't have to be F2P for that!

Pretty sure you can sell them or someone who IS in a functioning guild, though.
