Has the change to allow weighted items to be enchanted been copied to the Test server?

I tried (on Test) to temper a claidhmore using mirtokh:

You pour your potion on the claidhmore.
The liquid bubbles slightly as it touches the surface of the claidhmore, but then merely evaporates without effect.
