Enchanting another wizards old project 10/29/2017 01:56 PM CDT
So the old wisdom is that if you enchant something another wizard already enchanted there is a penalty that makes it more difficult to enchant by the second wizard. I thought this had been done away with a long time ago but in my quick search i'm not finding an official answer one way or the other. Kind of hoping for one.

I don't believe this exists today. If it does it is not significant.

There is a POUR penalty on the first pour though.
