Add powdered sylvarraend ruby
Add troll blood
Simmer
Add 4 doses of mashed golden buttercup
Chant Adrenal Surge
Add essence of vitality
Add essence of body
Boil
Refract sunlight through a ruby lens

Almost definitely a rank 62 potion. Only problem I have is that I don't have a sylvarraend ruby! (Checked with Zuzana as well, she didn't have one either.) Anyone have one so I can test? I have everything else.
