It would appear that the personal amulet networks in Plat only work in the same realm. I was testing it with someone who couldn't hear me on my personal channel and didn't appear on the list of people tuned in, even though we were mutually befriended. Once he moved into the same realm, he could hear me and showed up on the channel list. Given Plat's amunet is global for every other channel, having personal channels in-realm only would severely hamper their usefulness.

Could we please get personal networks changed to global in Plat?
