The Wizard uses a customized command to use the boulder appearing from the palm of their hand to manifest in a digestible form. The consumable appears very much like a rock but instead of growing to full Boulder size, when the bread like form is made it continues to grow magically from the inside but only in a way which makes it spongey and dense. The resulting nutritious delight is consumed in a way which makes it melt in the mouth like cotton candy upon blending with saliva. When you are under the effects of the special substance your casts of defensive Elemental spells will each accompany an improved rate of refreshment based on the spell cost. So for example, your Wizard makes a 425 which costs them 29 mana points with their level and training. The next pulse they gain mana from the bread they will get a 'return' on the mana of something like base 6 (29*2/10) + the level and training bonus of the Wizard who casts the morsel. Also they see a temporary rise in EMC Ranks with a base of +10 increasing with Lore and level, etc.

These effects hold a lot of their value even when the elemental morsel is passed off to another character's hands for their use. When this happens, the adventurer who is lucky enough to receive the delight will see a similar result for any self-cast or received elementals but with a reduced rate of some kind than the Wizard who makes it themselves will have. Perhaps as much as 80% of the effects can be retained with training and level of the Wizard making the bread.

I don't know how possible this is but it would be nice to see the impact extended to the actual defensibility with the spell so like you can get an extra +1 or +2 on your brights and silveries. It would be nice to see a chance to have an 'auto-refresh' of a spell which drops if you are out hunting and you had spelled up with the elemental morsel effect. Especially there would be a really fun opportunity to get a big bonus from Mass Blurs and Mass Brilliants! If they got +1 or more to the defense bonus, even that tiny little extra amount will make a huge impact and be a treat for the crowds who always need massies.

And a nice bonus to the spell would be that if the Wizard then goes out and casts HURL BOULDER at a critter then that spell will be prepped with an extra power that will be a big help offensively such as it carries a charge that if successfully connecting with the critter then it will have an effect such as shocking the nerves, having a mana flare, having a mana leech effect/small return of mana from the critters own resources, perhaps a chance for it to be a mana-less cast-- all with HURL BOULDER specifically and only.

When a disk is cast while your mana morsel has been consumer and you are under its effects, the storage capacity will increase considerably and you might customizable or specialized color/patterns.
