Additional use of ranger sense verb

Used when a ranger has a bounty for a specific creature type or is added to a group looking for a specific creature type.

Benefit:

Immediate spawn check as if the ranger just entered the room


Drawback:

Ranger suffers the Sense verb RT, can't be used again in that room for a a minute much like when we search for heirlooms


Mechanics consideration: Makes a roll for spawning in a room (one time like when we search for heirlooms on ground). One time per minute per room etc, it has a hard RT. Simulated tracking. Benefit to group hunting.

Goal being people ask for rangers to join their groups to aid them in finding critters during bounties. Particularly those hard to spawn critters.
