Wondering if it would be out of the question to open up Block Mastery and Tortoise Stance? I've always considered Paladins to be a heavy shield user and it just makes sense these should be available to the class (in my opinion). I understand we have Divine Shield, and that is likely the reason these specializations are not available to the class.
