I think good aligned Paladins and Clerics should be able to un-ensorcel items at a shrine of their chosen deity. Perhaps a small ritual is required, etc. I admit that this would rarely be used, but Ive come across more than a few people wishing you could "purify" a holy weapon that had been ensorcelled.
