Fully unlocked gets you all the verbage and sexiness of his kits, such as hiding weapons in it, and holding up to 5k in coins.

It will also turn into a table when dropped and can only be picked up by the person who dropped it. All the while will remain on the ground for 4 hours if you fear it will be stolen by a janitor.

Along with it being a table, you can also put 5 items on it when it is acting as a table. I haven't done much testing however with items from his wagon, to see if you could say, roll his dice on the kit when it's a table or not.

The kit also latches and unlatches to prevent would be thieves from taking anything from within, while it is dropped as well. So be sure to latch it first before dropping it!
