Draccor decided it was cool to murder Telum twice tonight. The first one could be construed at most as an overreaction. The second was completely unprovoked, outside any reasonable RP, and clearly outside the rules. He was REPORTed both times, but nothing came of it.

So what is to be done when a capped character decides to take people out and staff isn't around?

If someone is giving your character issues and you don't want to deal with it, first I'd send em an OOC whisper and be like 'Yo, man, not cool...back off'. IF you dont wish to do that OR that doesnt work, WARN INTERACT them. If staff isnt around? Well, while this verb doesnt fix the immediate issue it DOES allow staff, in the future, to act on any negative behavior with your character. So, sucks to hear I know, but if staff isnt around and someone decides to go all MECHANICS on you, for whatever reason? Not much to be done THEN. BUT...WARN INTERACT does help to prevent FUTURE incidents.

Never assume staff is not around... but perhaps watching and making notes. Don't give up on REPORTing, and definitely make it clear you haven't consented if there's no CvC conflict going on when he attacks.
