Tried to get Sadie to enchant my Rikelle armor and it wouldnt work because of said script. Any GM types able to help a fella out?

When I saw Rikelle at Festival of the Fallen, and she worked on my armor, she was very specific in saying that Sadie would not be able to add anything or work on it. Something to the effect that Sadie was an old lady set in her ways...

I swear, I will never forget that moment.
Anyway, Rikelle and a couple other newish amazing scripts are evidently incompatible with Sadie. I will let the GMs explain when that will be able to change or more information about it.
I don't expect to have enough premium points to have my good armor worked on for .... years.

Hi! So, I've talked to Old Lady Sadie, and as long as you haven't morphed your armor to shirt form (and don't do it while your scroll is being processed), the old woman has kindly agreed to allow work to be done on them.

Does this mean you cannot morph the armor EVER, or you can't have the morphed side worked on, or does it mean that when you send a Sadie Scroll in it must be in armor form?

You cannot have morphed it ever. It needs to be almost fresh off the shelf (you can have the armor altered or lightened), but once you've tickled the armor and morphed it into shirt form, Sadie will not be able to work on it.

That was how I understood it, but someone thought that didn't sound right when I shared the info with them a month or so ago. Since it came up here, I thought I would get the real explanation!

Aw, fiddlesticks; I've turned mine inside out and back again countless times, so it's no good for Sadie's work. Got my hopes up for a moment there. But it's still nice to know for the future.

This isn't true. My armors never been activated, but Sadie refuses to work with it. Is there a way to get a GM to upgrade it without sadies involvement? I would like to enchant it to 8x or 10x.

don't the merchants who add the script to existing items test the items before returning them to their owners? that would activate the script.

How recently did you try to get a scroll to have it enchanted? The changes to the Sadie system were done VERY recently so while that may have been true in the past, it should not be the case now. If you're still having issues, please let me know.

In most cases I believe they do, however with this particular script I am the only one who has ever added it to existing items. I know when it will work and when it won't. So I forgo the testing.

new update seems to have worked. Sadie took the scroll without issue.
