In this new age of enlightenment could we possibly get some confirmation from a NIR as to what advantages/bonuses a crossbow provides over a conventional bow?

I know there is a +30 AS bonus for kneeling.

Are there any modifiers to sighting/aiming when using a crossbow? Is the modifier different if you are kneeling vs. standing?
