Hello friends!

We are currently planning an Auction to be held in the Landing area in Eoantos (November). We would like to invite any other interested groups to participate with us. Should the auction items exceed a reasonable number for a one night auction, we will spread the auction over two nights (mostly likely a friday and saturday night). The tentative dates are (November 16 and 17th).

Stormwild's section of the auction is being held to benefit our building fund. Each group will run their section of the auction (and it is asked that the funds raised by your section be used for the benefit of your MHO) and its also asked that a concise list of items be available at least a week prior to the auction. Please use your own auctioneer and have someone from your group available to keep account of your specific funds.

If you are interested in participating please email ladykatara@aol.com. The deadline for participation is one week from today (October 19th). We will request advertising on the website and we will handle the criers and news inserts.

We will separate the night into distinct sections so that each group meets the requirements for an event. Therefore, it should -intheory- run something like this; Hour 1 hosted by Stormwild Hall, Hour 2 hosted by MHO X etc.

We will be limiting the event as a whole to 3 hours per night.
