1) I see that 'healme' resets the daily uses of 'mana spellup'... but what if your character doesn't qualify? (And yes, I realize that with fast migration, you could MAKE yourself qualify, but then you have to re-reallocate BACK again.)
* Can all characters, regardless of level, be given permission for "mana spellup"? Casts whatever they got, spell-wise.

2) Would it be possible, for testing, to do a "mana spellup Cleric" (even for a fighter), and be able to get "I am 30th level; create spells == '30th level Cleric' on me."

Since some characters now train MIU and AS a lot more now with the recent changes, BUT not all spells/items may be available in a pawnshop somewhere...
- 3a) could we get the ability to "invoke ###" even withOUT having tracked down a scroll that has that spell on it?
and
- 3b) could we get the ability to "wave ### at <target>" even withOUT having found an item with that spell in it, likewise?
(Using current stats/skills, and hand fullness status.)
