Git Yer Gruntin Caps On! 03/16/2021 11:22 PM UTC

I've been given clearance to add more styles for dwarves using the GRUNT verb. If you have suggestions this would be the time and place to make them! I can't promise that any or all suggestions will be used but I can promise that they will at least be seen. I don't have a deadline but definitely hoping to release these before the end of the year. So git yer gruntin caps on!

DISAPPOINTED - Gnurr grunts and frowns in disappointment.
LOUD - Gnurr lets out a loud grunt!
QUIET - Gnurr grunts quietly.
VAGUE - Gnurr grunts, waving his hands vaguely.

If I could get a little more greedy (the gleam of silver in his eye!), it'd be fantastic if we could get something like the SIGH syntax for single-word modifiers:

GRUNT WITH (NOUN)

>grunt with disappointment
Gnurr grunts in disappointment.
>grunt with interest
Gnurr grunts in interest.

GRUNT TONE (ADVERB)

>grunt tone vaguely
Gnurr grunts vaguely.

I love the GRUNT WITH suggestion for dwarves. It'd add so much versatility to the verb.

A dwarf miner grunts, a quizzical look on his face.

A dwarf warrior joyfully grunts and motions for a drink.

A dwarf miner gleefully grunts in agreement.

A dwarf warrior jovially grunts, indicating to follow.

The additions to GRUNT for dwarves have been completed.

GRUNT HELP will now bring up the verb's help menu.

There are now TONES dwarves can use to embellish an expanded list of STYLES.

There may be one or three easter eggs to be discovered.

Go forth and git yer grunt on!
