Orcs have a random chance to grunt something in orcish that mentions your name.

Example:
A dark orc grunts, "Og'tr garnna arlnjar barlatogng Wyrom tar darlath."

It hit me... how does this random orc know your name?! What if all orcs orcs reacted to ASK ORC ABOUT NAME to which you get:
The orc snickers and gives you a sinister grin.

Just a little gag I thought might be funny to throw in. Like they know your name, you ask how they know, and they're like they'll never tell! Hehe.
