* The improvements to Ithzir armor are great but reveal a problem. We really need a way to turn off the automatic flares, which fire in all sorts of circumstances where your character is never in any danger. For example, when you're prone for a few seconds after climbing a thread in The Rift and get whiffed at by some Plane 1 monster that can't touch you. I really need those charges saved for manual use after being spike-thorned in The Scatter.
* Can the MoonShard Pendant be made non-functional? Shimmer trinkets, illusion relics, and I think enhancive hiders are all non-functional, so this seems like an oversight.
