Since kimonos were sold off the shelf at VoG, is it safe to assume that they're an acceptable garment noun now? Can I alter a robe into a kimono?

Robes can now be altered into kimonos, yes.

I had previously asked about "tabi" (sturdy sock/booties, worn indoors but kind of like slippers) and "zori" (real live actual sandals), and some GM--maybe even you, Haxus--had mentioned that the nouns would be checked on for being made available. Could that be re-visited?
If possible, I would like them cleared for UAC footwear, not just regular socks & boots, too.

Tabi and Zori have been explicitly rejected by QC. That's all I really know about that.

By way of reference: I found a pair of "zoris" (plural in Japanese should not have an 's', so "one zori" and "some zori" all same/same) in a PlayerShop, and currently have them shown in my Shimmer Trinket on the monk.

Please re-address the issue of both of these footwear. :)
