Reactivation code not working 09/03/2022 09:25 PM CDT

My main account has been deactivated about 15 years. I just tried to reactivate it with the GS2022SUMMER code and it says the code is expired. But the description clearly states that it is valid until August 15th. And I have sent an email but never got a response. Anyone here able to shed any light on this?

That code ended on August 15th, and it is now September 3rd (argh, how is it September already??).
