On Feastday, Phoenatos 12, during the 20th hour of the day (8 elven) Silvergate Inn was hosting a rather innocuous event to celebrate the beginning of Elanthian Fashion week in the Golden Rose Spa. During the course of the event, a dastard spy poisoned a glass of milk and offered it to one of the high ranking Silvergate Officers. The House Cleric, Mikalmas, noticed too late the milk was poisoned. He confronted the guilty party, but was only able to bind her for a short time before she escaped. The clandestine operative was quickly evicted from the house grounds, and her plot was foiled. Unfortunately, she escaped interrogation by leadership of House Silvergate.

House Cleric Mikalmas announced that a formal inquiry will be requested from Mayor Cruxophim following this event.
