Current Events
-1 Chrism-making event with Aspis in 2 days. If you want to help with it, we could use people to hand out Chrisms or to supply mana. This is our Frontier Days event.
-2 For the bazaar, we have lots of chrisms, some his and her dancing shoes/slippers, minor sanct potions, adrenaline surge potions, first aid kits, and some herb satchels. So buy our stuff!
-3 Harvest blessing coming up in Imaerasta (September) on the evening of the 21st. Hopefully there will be trinkets handed out.
-4 We are signed up to participate in the Autumnal Glory Festival, being held in Ta'Vaalor in about 2 months. Yes all the way over there. We need to know what we're doing in two weeks, but doesn't have to be big. It should have some kind of autumn theme, but it doesn't have to. It is not a craft fair.
Prize Closet items
-1 We would like to put our perfume holder in our closet, but we actually need 10 items. Quite a bit of discussion ensued, and Eru is making a list. Send a scroll if you have ideas! Sovyn-Officers@yahoogroups.com is the address. Eru would like to get our next prize request in for next quarter, which means we have 2 months to the day to get everything in. So we need 9 more prizes. These are items we give away at our events, and you may eventually win one, so think of what you would like for a prize, and things others might like too.
Dirvy brought up Acerbe's idea of a zoo. Eru said we can talk about a zoo if he can figure out if something like that is possible.
Finances
We currently have We have 177,34,850 silvers in the coffers, and our sorcerer was paid. We should also be getting more from the bazaar. No report on IPs, but we used some for the anniversary stuff. We still have lots, probably more than 80.
Meeting was closed and Eruheran handed out chrisms to all who attended.
