Zul Logoth Town Updates Move to Discord 01/25/2022 08:29 AM CST

Hey tunnel dwellers! Town updates are now posted under the Zul Logoth channel of the Towns section of Discord.

We'll see how this goes and adjust if needed. I'm also looking at using the Wiki as a place to post announcements as well. For now though Discord will be the place to see anything that may have been posted to the forums in the past.

There's a growing team of Newsies who will be keeping an eye on major Discord updates and news from our GM Staff, and this will be sent on to the TownCrier, just like the news has been covered from the Forums for the past .... 6 years.

I noted the changes over on play.net also (it shows the older games Gemstone, CyberStrike, and DragonRealms only now).

Will the "Announcements" and "Latest News" areas be changing?

Oh! before I forget,

Towncrier has become a 'keep it turned on' channel for all my characters.
So way to go there ...

It is good for getting news out, but, for the sort of 'lasting - go back later for reference' exchanges like this one, there's really no replacement (yet).
