Call For Aid 09/10/2020 08:19 PM CDT
A stiff parchment covered in dwarven runes has been plastered to the front door of the Municipal Building in Zul Logoth. It reads...

Attention all able-bodied dwarves: The elves of Illy-steam have uncovered what they say is an artyfact from the battle of Maelshyve in the very area the ruins of which lie. Those strong of arm, strong of back, and strong of will, that would heed this call for aid, should prepare for a journey to potentially uncover artyfacts of our own kin who fell in that historic battle. It is highly recommended that arms and armor accompany anyone interested in this venture as the area in which the excavation is to take place is potentially inhabited by demons.

A meeting is scheduled at the Museum in Illy-steam for the Day of the Huntress at 9 as elves tell time. The subject of said meeting is to examine the actual dig site and set up protective barriers to provide safety. More information will be forthcoming in the weeks ahead.

Signed,
Archivist Huske
At the direction of the leader of Clan Grevnek

OOC: Dwarves and ALL interested parties can join in the adventure tomorrow night Friday Sep 11 at 9pm EST at the Museum in Ta'Illistim!

First eve of this went well.

magickers setup vaalin crystal usin magics to make sumpin like a tent to cover the place they gonna dig at.
All them folk stir'd up the lizards, and snakes, and other slither-crawly critters, and magics seem'd to drive off shadow-critters somehow.

But, they got them tents up, and now they is lookin to dig ... there be dwarf mining pickaxes at the human side cart-stop from the cart rides out of Zul.
So grab yer axe, and shovel, and come help dig.

The museem folk of Ill-Steam say twill do next venture on Rest-day, two hours after mid-day.

So far, art'facts have been found from times when ponies was in the Lands,
It does seem sur from what bards said of one of the songs that tiz from the Undead Wars, or near then.
No songs of demons ... yet, but lots of undeads.

It is a fair good dig, and ye duzznt need torches cuz it all be topside.
The elfs and humans has got stuff to sift through the pebbles and other small stuff.

Shovels and pick will do.
