HELP! I can't move TM! 07/24/2009 10:13 PM CDT

Greetings!

I've found myself in a bit of a pickle. No matter what I try, I can't get my targeted magic above dabbling. I've tested every spell in the arsenal using both full power/prep/targeted casts as well as snap casts, body-part targeted casts and everything in between.

Please help! It's most disconcerting that I am unable to train what is arguably the most important skill for our guild.

I'm currently hunting elder desert armadillos. Relevant stats and skills are as follows:

Showing Magic skills with field experience.

Primary Magic: 1857 83% nearly locked (33/34)
Harness Ability: 1857 12% mind lock (34/34)
Power Perceive: 1013 97% dabbling (1/34) Magical Devices: 1153 68% dabbling (1/34)
Targeted Magic: 1640 95% dabbling (1/34)

Charisma : 72
Discipline : 99
Wisdom : 80
Intelligence : 82
