Any word when the titles that have # of spells from each book will be functioning? Like,

Storm Lord
At least 1000 ranks in Primary Magic
Must have at least 5 spell from Electricity Manipulation Spellbook.
Must have at least 5 spell from Water Manipulation Spellbook.
Must have at least 5 spell from Air Manipulation Spellbook.
