You can't have a no es requirment for a spell that has an ES prereq.

You can't have Candle Light (mage) require MOF without ES.

You can't have Rolling Spark (mage) require SD without ES.

therefore, since I have it too, Frostbitten does require frb and es.

Ok at first I missunderstood what you were bitching about and someone already pointed out that Frostbite has no ES requirement.

As for your needing es for MOF and all that it's implied, take a look at Chain Lightning for example. Lightning Bolt is listed as requiring Tingle and Gar Zeng, Chain Lightning is listed as requiring Lightning Bolt. They are assuming that you have two brain cells that will work together to deterimine that if you need Lightning Bolt for Chain Lightning then you would also need Tingle and Gar Zeng
