Wythor, I just wanted to thank you for providing another post full of candor and eloquence; while some War Mages may only be interested in finished projects and results, and that's certainly their right, I for one really appreciate the communication that you put forth. We may not be able to measure all the hours of coding you've put in for us, but you've kept this guild together for the better part of a year and I think it's due in large part to the sincerity and devotion to the guild that come through with every post you make.

Kudos to you, and I look forward to seeing the fruit of your labors in the coming months,
