so CL can't be creature cast? only on things facing you?

I think using CAST CREATURES won't work. You have to TARGET CREATURES when prepping the spell to have it do that. Should just be normal CAST after your are fully targeted. The example on epedia's target command page is exactly what you're looking for.

ahhhh target creature, very good indeed ty! yes I casted cl in water, that was fun!

frostbite in water is fun as well, slushy ice.

arc light can work in water

havent trie EE yet

Powerhaus did some pretty extensive testing of 3.0 water interactions (before ee, I think).

ee fizzles in water, cl stuns you, arc light works, havent tried lb gz or grounding field
