Just in case some of you don't read the general announcements, I released a few bug fixes to some spells in Prime and Platinum.

Ethereal Fissure now plays nice with Fortress of Ice, attempting to merge two fissures together if there's one inside and one outside when the fortress collapses. It will act as if the fissure inside was just cast in the room outside. This fixes some odd combination issues between the two fissures and addresses the reverse mana boost problem.

Frostbite no longer does skin damage; that's part of the changes to bring it in line with the lethal damage directive. It also removes the Rising Mists spell correctly when cast, rather than having RM hang around for a bit.

Rising Mists was fixed to remove itself correctly also, and will no longer double message its presence when perceived.
