Was chit chatting with some traders waiting for the timer on rent to be due (which seems possibly broke or off today?). Would it be possible for people hunting for a shop to have an easier way of seeing when they would be available? Maybe a notice with the exact time/day in real life rent is due or something they can ask to the clerk in the office? The SHOP STATUS timer doesn't give an exact idea of when to keep looking.
Or to make it more fun now that shops have been around a while, maybe a way traders have to work to get one of those new shops? Get on a list and whoevers done the most tasks or rep is best gets first dibs? :)
