I posted the details in the Task folder, but here's the relevant bit for you guys.

The skinning and foraging tasks now award Trading experience when completed. The Zoluren-based trade ministers were added to the task system and give out only these two tasks.

Neither task is intended to be a primary means of training, but they do offer a means of working towards trading exp when you're focused on other activities.
