Circle change for bumper plates? 05/13/2012 02:05 PM CDT

I thought circle 10 was the requirement for bumperplates.

Is this no longer the case, because my level 13 can't seem to get one. Seriously bummed about that.

Anyone know what the new requirement is?

The requirement was never 10th circle. You can get a plate or a special look to your caravan at level 25. Interior rooms require you to be level 50.

When someone in the know gets a second, could they add an article to epedia with player owned carvan info? We don't seem to have even the basic stuff.

50! So close but probably won't make it in time :(. Something to shoot for, I guess.
