Keeping the delay in 'Khri delay' after duration cap 08/26/2019 11:32 AM CDT
I don't know if people will agree with this, but I appreciated being able to start khri without roundtime by using the delay command modifier. It was nice to be able to weave my khri into combat without worrying about roundtimes.

So I would like to float the idea of keeping that function even after a khri has reached its duration cap. Allow us to use the no roundtime delay function even without an increase in duration. If I wanted to start the khri instantly, I wouldn't use delay.
