I'm just starting to dabble in crafting, so please bear with me.
Do the crafting items from the Crossing and Ain Ghazal guilds do well when making remedies under the Alchemy system? Or do these items no longer work. If they do, how do they compare versus well-made but non-rare crafted tools?
I'm in particular wondering about the mortars and pestles. Is it best to get player-crafted ones or will these bought ones work just as well?

Tools from the society work, but I'd recommend getting a set of steel tools from a forger as soon as you can. They're much better, slightly more expensive (as in tens of plats), and you'll produce higher quality goods this way.

I don't think mortars or bowls can be player-crafted, yet

Speaking of the shop.. I plan to update the shop and the alchemy room in the guild, just giving you a note on it.

Ah, ok that makes sense. I've seen a lot of pestles being sold at trader shops but not mortars.
