Is there a new level requirement for the shop in P5? I just came back from an extended break from DR and it seems I can't enter it. Either that, or I've forgotten exactly where in the guild it is.

If there is a requirement it isnt significant.. only room there that i know of that is circle based is possibly the most lame room ever for what it is..
