I was pointed toward a script I modified awhile back that never moved over to Prime. It dealt with the armor ignoring effects of Khri Eliminate, and without that particular script change being Live, I would wager Khri Eliminate hasn't been actually ignoring armor since release.

Eliminate should now be ignoring armor, let me know if anything weird happens.
