A midnight blue nightsilk cloak painted with the image of a victorious Elven queen,
Wreathed in flame, the design depicts Queen Morganae, a pristine white swan at her side, standing over the body of a dead Dwarven king. Beneath the scene, a delicate banner unfurls.
There appears to be something written on it.

read is "May the Gods Preserve Our Queen's Rule."
