Is there a verb for goosebumps? If not, I would sure dig one. I would think that there are a few racial implications, i.e. a Skra's scales could flare open to varying degrees, furred races would react uniquely, Togs would have large bumps and look like gigantic humanoid pickles, Eloth's might have pores that kinda pucker up instead of hair glands that "ball up,"

There could be emotes added to the verb to vary the effects, dependent upon moods or mindstates. I certainly see a fearful reaction to possibly vary greatly with a cold weather, spiritual, or an epiphany type of reaction,

Sounds quite useful to me.
