What I would like to see is a little change to "shake hand <person>". When you shake someones hand, and they shake yours back, it is like doing the action twice. If there is a way to message the fact you extend you hand to them in greetings or departing, and they accept the hand shake, it should be combined to one action. IE: You extend you hand to Bob in greetings. Bob sees this and accepts the hand shake or declines it. Same with departing or even with the making of a deal. And of course the one where you extend your hand to so and so, and quickly pull it back when they attempt to shake it..Fake out!
