This idea was actually suggested by another 200th level ranger, but I thought it was good so I wanted to post it here. The idea is to give rangers something akin to the thief eliminate ability but for ranged weapons. So basically something that allows a ranger to occasionally make a ranged attack that ignores shield and armor.
