I should probably restrict teaching to individuals who are actually eligible for at least one slip.

However, the first Ranger ability is 30th (I'll make a 'real' GM announcement post soon).

The first Thief ability is 10th, and the only Bard ability is 5th.

and i will post the teaching req when I find out. Right now i've narrowed the range to be somewhere between 64 teaching <ranger - can't teach> and 511. <thief who can teach>.
