Less about Rangers specifically, more about the idea that there should be no distinction between "NMU tertiary" and "MU tertiary." It would've been a lot more aesthetically pleasing and simple if Tertiary Magic simply meant one thing: no magical talent.

Our current stance is that while we'd like to do something like that, shifting around skillsets is a Hell we do not wish to open a portal into.
