A few Rakash QOL updates 04/12/2016 10:02 AM UTC

Hi all!

A few updates are out now with quickness thanks to Naohhi:

* Base Moonskin stun time has gone down a bit.

* Rakash with 30 or more points of Stamina will see further reduction in Moonskin stun.

* Tail worn items now fall to the at feet slot when you leave Moonskin and no longer have a tail.

Those are really handy little updates. I'm especially glad I can use my cute tailband on my Rakash without worrying. Usually, I just leave it in my vault. I'll get it out soon!
