If you have an elf who's family primarily lived/roamed the island of M'riss, which clan would you think they would belong to?

Possibly none/Celestial. Rissan Elves ran off and left their clans during the war to intermarry with their human enemies. There is a link to Leth Deriel as well, so maybe Forest.

Rissan elves don't usually identify with a Clan. They're Rissan first, same as the humans who moved there with them.
