While Sylvaeus is still in RT, Warbolus preforms a rapid Shield Bash on So-And-So!

This attack will have a small OF penalty but will -always- go for the head , with a small chance for eye or neck, and almost always do some kind of notable location injury. Hopefully this may be compatible with arm worn shields.
