Have the GM's said that charges are here to stay, little/no chance of changing that? If they haven't what about tying it to our soul state, like brawling does. If your soul state is pristine, top end like brawling requires, then your weapon is holy, or you can trace the renewal glyph, but don't need to be at a "special" location. Possibly, if another balance is required, make it so that some down time is needed. Keep the 5 minutes of meditaion for example, just make it so you can do it anywhere. Just a couple questions and ideas, what do you guys think?
