Just a quick poll, at 45th level where do you feel strength, dex, con, int, and wis should be at? And is discipline good for anything anymore? Or is it just relegated to being a skill modifier now?

Around that level, I aimed for 30 in everything, then shot for 40 in everything. Once I got a 40 baseline, I've gone by feel as I've advanced. Accuracy issues - Agility, getting tagged too often, Reflex, things feel good - Disc.

Should I push wis, and int to the 30's before the other stats?

Back in the old exp system I always did mentals first, now, not so much. If you PvP a lot they help a good bit, but for just playing nah. I'd do Agi, Refl, first, Disc Stam next and so forth.

It doesn't really matter that much imo

And RE: discipline, it's the 2nd stat used in shield defense and is also used for will vs. will spells. So yes, it's still important.

Here would be my goals at that level:
1. Get all my stats to a good base level. In my opinion, that is 30 in everything.
2. From there, move Reflex|Dis up the ladder five points above your second tier stats.
3. Second tier stats are STR|Agility|STA which should move up five each until they are equal to Ref|Dis.
4. Move all others.
5. Adjust "tier two stats" based on your own manner of play. For example, I am magic heavy so I like the mentals as well in this range and give up a bit of STR|STA.
NOTE: Combat and magic are changing, so STA will play a much larger role in things along with mental stats. Anything I say there is subject to modification after things shake out.
