I have submitted a bug report for this but also posting here for more visibility.

Recasting of Sentinel's Resolve is dumping stance points out of allocation. This is very dangerous and has resulted in deaths. Here's an example of what is happening.

Letting your senses extend further, you feel there is incredibly less mana to the northwest, moderately less mana to the east, and incredibly less mana to the northeast.
